The holiday season is just beginning! This month keep an eye on the Round Rock City events calendar for theChalk WalkHometown Halloween and more! Wednesday, October 21 will be offering delivery to the Drive-In Movie: Back to the Future 2 and it will be 10% off Amy's Ice Cream from 7-10pm. Just call in your order and we will run it over to you! 

We have a great music line-up for you as usual and there will be more artists added to our calendar as the month goes on! Keep up with it here

As most of you know, October is the beginning of pumpkin everything! We are now offering Pumpkin Pie Lattesand Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Try them hot, iced or blended!

What's Happening This Week?

This week showcase your talent (or just enjoy everyone else's!) at our Open Mic Night 7-9pm

First Thursday Dixie Line Jazz will be on 10/1 7-9pm. Arrive early (around 615pm) for free Swing Dancing Lessons! 

Saturday the lovely voice of Rachel Lauren returns to us (7-9pm).

We may have music Friday night, we will keep you updated!

Also it is almost officially the season of pumpkin everything, so try our Pumpkin Spice or Pumpkin Pie lattes, hot iced or blended! Mmmmm


There's So Much Happening This Week!

Happy Monday! Here's what is going down this week. 

Tomorrow (Tuesday, 9/1) we will have Open Mic 7-9pm, so bring your music, poetry etc. or just come by to enjoy the local talent!

This Thursday is the First Thursday of the month and do you know what that means?! It's Second Line Jazz! 

Friday we have a newcomer to the shop. Troy Werner will be providing us with contemporary/pop covers and original songs.

Last but not least, this Saturday another new act, solo artist Phil Greer will be joining us!

Coffee Drinks From Around the World! First stop: Germany

Over the next few months we will be discovering coffee drinks from around the world! We're starting with Eiskaffee from Germany. Cold brewed coffee (Toddy) poured over 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream and topped with Whipped Cream and Chocolate Powder. Is it coffee? Is it dessert? Do we care? No we don't, because it's awesome.


Acoustic Tunes and Improv Comedy This Weekend!

The first week of the school year can be hectic for students, parents and, well, everybody! If you need to wind down this weekend check our entertainment. This Friday at 730pm check out our favorite acoustic duo Howard & Skye and on Saturday Comedy Spartans is back for some family friendly improv comedy! What's Happening this Week at Star Coffee?

Classes are starting soon! There is still time to squeeze some R&R before the madness begins. Tonight we will have Open Mic from 7-9pm, feel free to watch and enjoy or pitch in with some talent of your own. All family friendly music, poetry, comedy etc. is welcome! 

This weekend a couple of our regular solo artists are returning to us. Friday, 8/21, singer/songwriter John McDonough is back and Saturday, 8/22, Rachel Lauren brings us more pop and rock originals and covers. Both shows are 7-9pm and require no cover, don't forget to tip our artists!

This Weekend is One for Dancing!

Don't forget that Second Line Jazz is playing their monthly show this Thursday at 7pm! Show up early for this show (615-7pm) and enjoy a Free Swing Dance Lesson provided by instructors Nwanneka Agumadu and Robbie Meshbane. (The lesson is free but please tip our instructors!)

Also this Saturday is Raq Stars Belly Dancing! The show starts at 7ish :)
